Junior 2

Bloodlines, Bane, Threshold, The Changeling

Junior was a Goa'uld.

This symbiote was residing in the sepulcher at the Chulak Temple but was taken by Samantha Carter and Daniel Jackson. It was the 13th symbiote implanted into Teal'c, shortly after as he gave his previous symbiote to his son Rya'c. (SG1: "Bloodlines") When Teal'c was stung by an alien insect, Junior was unable to resist the retrovirus that began to change Teal'c's DNA. Teal'c removed Junior and left it behind so that he would die rather than change. Junior was recovered by SG-1 and put into a tank at Stargate Command where Dr. Janet Fraiser tried to keep it alive. Eventually they discovered that symbiotes needed a small electrical charge to survive. Junior was returned to Teal'c and with help from an RNA inhibitor was able cure Teal'c. (SG1: "Bane")

When Jack O'Neill and Teal'c swapped bodies, Junior detected an illness and began to move around a lot. Teal'c had to instruct O'Neill in performing Kelno'reem to allow Junior to heal the illness. (SG1: "Holiday") Junior became agitated when it sensed a nearby Reetou, alerting Teal'c. (SG1: "Show and Tell") When Teal'c was affected by Ma'chello's Goa'uld-killing organisms, Junior began to die; luckily the organisms were removed. (SG1: "Legacy") When Teal'c was put through trials by Simon's people to determine if he was possessed, he put himself into a deep state of Kelno'reem so Junior could feed him oxygen when they were planning on weighing him down and throwing him into water. Junior succeeded in keeping him alive. (SG1: "Demons") When aliens infiltrated the SGC, Teal'c was captured and Junior was experimented on to learn a way to duplicate Teal'c. (SG1: "Foothold")

As Teal'c entered a deep state of Kelno'reem and began to communicate with Junior, it showed him the memory of his father's death at the hand of Cronus, a painful memory that caused a physical reaction in Teal'c. Teal'c remarked that the symbiote had great hatred for him. (SG1: "Crossroads") When Teal'c rescued his synthetic self from Cronus, he was attacked and Cronus tried to crush the symbiote to death inside Teal'c, mirroring what he did to Teal'c's father. (SG1: "Double Jeopardy") When Teal'c had been brainwashed into serving Apophis, he told O'Neill that when his symbiote matures, he would become its host. (SG1: "Enemies") Bra'tac removed Junior from Teal'c to force him to go through the Rite of M'al Sharran and overcome the brainwashing and Junior was kept alive in a tank before being put back into Teal'c. (SG1: "Threshold")

When Teal'c and Bra'tac went to Kresh'ta to meet with leaders of the Jaffa rebellion, they were ambushed and everyone except Teal'c and Bra'tac were killed and everyone except Teal'c had their symbiotes removed. With no other option to keep Bra'tac alive, Teal'c removed Junior and implanted him in Bra'tac. For three days Teal'c switched Junior between himself and Bra'tac and living through a confusing dream world. The strain on Junior became too much and he was unable to keep them alive. After they were taken back to the SGC, Dr. Fraiser continued to switch Junior back and forth but eventually both were put on Tretonin as a substitute for a symbiote. Junior most likely died from the strain. (SG1: "The Changeling")
