Carter and Teal'c head to the Asgard home galaxy to try to get help for O'Neill, still in stasis in Antarctica. Jackson helps Dr. Weir meet with the System Lords who offer hyperdrives in exchange for them taking down Ba'al who has began taking over.

Captured by Fifth, Carter is tortured and finds herself living in a virtual world. The Replicators begin infesting the new Asgard homeworld so Thor rescues O'Neill and had him use the Ancient knowledge in his mind to make a device to defeat the Replicators.

A Russian officer arrives at the SGC and requests to join SG-1. After they collapse from an apparent infection, Jackson attempts to get through the Stargate and shoots some personnel. When he recovers he reveals that Anubis had been controlling him and was now on the base.

As O'Neill continues to struggle as commander of the SGC, SG-1 is captured by Ba'al who offers to return them in exchange for Camulus. As a plant rapidly grows through the base, Camulus tells O'Neill where to find an Ancient device powered by a Zero Point Module.

SG-1's arrival on a planet leads to a rise in religious fundamentalists who begin taking control of their country and leads to a war on the planet. Jackson goes missing on the planet as the war breaks out and finds himself in hiding from fervent religious soldiers.

Teal'c works with a virtual reality training scenario that begins making things harder and harder and prevents him from leaving. As he begins to physically suffer from repeated virtual deaths, Jackson enters the scenario to help him overcome the nearly impossible scenario.

Teal'c becomes close with his neighbor, Krista, but when he is implicated in the murder of her boyfriend, the rest of SG-1 work to clear his name. Pete Shanahan proposes to Carter and Jackson is kidnapped by The Trust, former Rogue NID members who have information to clear Teal'c's name.

When billionaire Alec Colson announces that he had proof of something being hidden by governments around the world, Carter and Jackson learn he has images of Anubis' fleet when it attacked Earth. When Colson refuses to back down, he makes another announcement and brings out an Asgard.

Ishta and the Hak'tyl resistance evacuate to the SGC when their world is compromised. Teal'c is upset that Rya'c is engaged to be married, believing him to be too young and not understanding of the consequences. Teal'c goes with Ishta to meet with rebel Jaffa and are attacked by Moloc.

When the Stargate disappears from the SGC, it is discovered that the Trust has gained control of the ship Osiris left hidden in orbit and they begin launching attacks on Goa'uld worlds using symbiote poison, killing millions of Jaffa in the process.

A Replicator version of Carter makes contact with the SGC and asks to be destroyed to prevent Fifth from getting his hands on her. She comes to the Alpha Site where Carter convinces her to help them stop Fifth who has found a way to counter the Replicator disruptor.

Hammond leads a mission aboard the Prometheus to go to Atlantis and brings Jackson along. A distress signal leads them to disabled ships and a Kull Warrior boards the Prometheus, sending the crew off except for Jackson who learns the warrior is in fact a woman who wants the ship.

SG-1 heads out to warn Harry Maybourne that the Goa'uld are coming to the planet he is living on only to discover the people have named him their king. He reveals ruins that are covered in writings about future events including the return of the Goa'uld and their destruction.

Kinsey approaches O'Neill stating that The Trust came to him for a favor and he wants to take them down. After he goes missing, he is arrested in Russia, and has been implanted with a Goa'uld. The Russian government believes the US to be infiltrated and arms their military.

In 1997 Joe Spencer, a barber from Indiana, purchases a carved stone at a garage sale and begins to have visions of SG-1. As he becomes more and more obsessed with the visions, his business fails and his family leaves him and he confronts O'Neill to learn if its true or not.

The Replicators begin attacking the Goa'uld and quickly overpowering their forces. Jackson is captured by Replicator Carter who wants to probe his mind for Ancient knowledge and the rebel Jaffa enact a plan to capture Dakara, the world where Jaffa were first created.

Ba'al reveals that Anubis is back and plans to use a hidden Ancient weapon on Dakara to destroy all life in the galaxy. The weapons is found and it is discovered that it can be used to destroy all the Replicators in the galaxy. The Replicators come to Dakara to take the weapon.

Jackson, having been killed by Replicator Carter, is given the chance to ascend again by Oma Desala. Anubis begins an assault to retake Dakara and use the weapon to destroy all life in the galaxy in order to start over. Carter begins to have doubts about marrying Pete Shanahan.

An alternate SG-1 travel back in time to recover a ZPM from Ra when he was on Earth but become trapped there and inadvertently alter the future. Another alternate SG-1 work on fixing the timeline but discover that Ra took the Stargate with him when he left Earth.

The alternate SG-1 head to Chulak to recruit Teal'c but are attacked and forced to travel back in time and enact the plan to restore the timeline. They discover that Jackson was the only survivor from the original team and has been working with the Egyptians on the rebellion.
